Cavatelli with Lobster, Corn, and Asparagus
1 lb Cavatelli
8 oz. Lobster meat
1 cup fresh corn kernels
1 cup asparagus spears
8 oz. Butter
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 oz. anisette
1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
2. In separate pan warm all ingredients except for parsley in 1/2 cup of water
3. Add cooked pasta
4. Add parsley
5. Toss and cook over low flame for 2-minutes until sauce coats ingredients
6. Season with Salt and pepper
7. Serve Immediately
